I've already been warned that I will have to start out really slowly, but I am okay with that. Just to be able to be active again and try to regain my body back will be good.
I never thought I would say this, but I can't wait to back into my routine. I've so missed it. I've missed how I felt afterwards, my ability to sleep better, being able to handle the winter better, and watching my body transform back into my close to dancer self. (Okay, that won't ever happen again, but hey . . . . a girl can dream!) I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but definitely need to tone up. I was not at my "ideal" prior to pregnancy, but was in progress. So stay tuned for the ticker to come back, and perhaps even a little competition with my hubby once again. hehehehehehe
