Grass Is Greener (Cont.)

Finally, the grass died!
And as we were told by the professionals, the quack grass (or "devil grass" as I call it) has already started to come back again. Consequently, another round of grass killer will be coming up after the weather clears up.

My hubby can't wait to go out and till it up. However, I can, because then comes the hard work of picking up the big river rocks that the original owners were too lazy to pick up and the funness of putting in a new lawn. (sigh) Oh well. It will be nice when it is all done and knowing that we can let Little Man out next summer and not worry about him twisting his ankle running and playing on the lumpy backyard.
