Our ward had a summer BBQ and we were on the list to make desserts, so I decided to make "ice cream" cupcakes. They are cupcakes that you bake inside of ice cream cones and then frost and decorate to make them look like ice cream cones. (I even cheated and used store bought frosting.) They went really fast, so I guess they were a hit!I got this idea from my mom who used to make them for the cheerleading bake sales that I had to bring stuff for when I was in 8th grade. They were always the first thing to go! They are great since there is little mess and nothing to throw away when eating them!
