Update

Well, I had another doctor's appointment this morning and here are the results:

Baby is in the 77% percentile for his growth.
Heartbeat is good.
Previa has not returned.
There is some concern with the umbilical cord insertion, so I have to see a perinatologist next Wednesday for a high-tech ultrasound to check the connection to the placenta. If it is strong, we proceed as normal. If it is weak, then a definite C-section to avoid hemorrhaging and Tre being stillborn.

Next month is the dreaded glucose test, plus the regular appointment.
