Just thought I would pass along something that I learned the hard way today:
Before you make a significant purchase at Target, you may want to check to see if it is on sale online at Target.com. We purchased a travel system and playyard today at a Target store and when I looked some things up online, I noticed that they were on sale according to their website. However, the store did not give us a sale price. When I called the store to ask about the situation, I was basically told, "Sucks to be you." They, and most other Target stores, may or may not reflect the same prices as their website, and will not honor what their website shows if they do not have the same item on sale in the store.
Bottem line for us . . . To get the sale price, we would have to take back everything and then order it online. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
