Does "pregnancy" fall under the insanity defense?

Once again my knight in shining armor (aka my husband) has followed through and found the missing keys. They are now all nice and shiny since they were washed in the laundry. Granted the remote no longer works, but I plead pregnancy! Just glad they are found.
