Well, today was another appointment. Long story, short . . . it is a good thing we were going with the C-section already, because we would be scheduling one otherwise. Even though I am 33 1/2 weeks along, I am measuring at 37 weeks 6 days. ( I knew I felt HUGE!) Tre is weighing in at 6 lbs. 3 oz. and is in the 87th percentile. (At 90th percentile, it is an automatic C-section.) So we are going for weekly appointments for a couple of weeks, and then 2x/week appointments until he is born with ultrasounds to monitor his growth. (He has tons of hair.) I also have to start taking insulin in the morning as well.
Keep your fingers crossed that nothing happens for at least 2 1/2 more weeks. I REALLY need to finish my class. (I don't want to put in all this work and see someone else get paid!) Plus my doc is out of town all of next week, so I really need to have a quiet and "normal" week next week because I do NOT want to get stuck with her wacky male partners.
